Required Stay: 2 night minimum, except summer 7 night minimum
Maximum Number of Guests: 2 persons per bedroom, 2 persons per sleeper sofa, 1 child under age 16 per bunk bed. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy without our knowledge and approval are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments.
Age Restriction: We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under twenty-five (25) years of age. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of advance rental payments and/or damage deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check- in.
Key Policy: All keys must be returned to us at check-out. There will be a charge of $15.00 for each lost key. A lock out fee of $20.00 will be charged to your damage deposit.
Parking: Parking permits will be issued at check-in.
Advance Reservations: We accept reservations up to one year in advance. We can confirm reservations for a future date, but we cannot confirm or guarantee rates for dates beyond the current published rental rates.
Beach Towels: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN! We do not permit towels, sheets, blankets, or furniture to be removed from the units. Beach chair & umbrella services operate in some areas.
Payment of Rent: Rental charges are payable in full at or before check-in. We accept cash, traveler's checks, bank money orders, personal check with proper identification, and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). Credit Cards are not accepted for monthly rentals. Rate shown is for cash discount, i.e., travelers check, money order, cashiers check or personal check. Full rate is 5% more than discounted rate.
No Subletting: The rental property may not be sublet. Your reservation is not transferable to any other party.
Cancellation Policy: $200.00 Cancellation fee. Note: all returned checks are handled by "Check Assist".
Severe Weather: We no longer offer refunds for mandatory evacuations due to weather.
Deposits: $100 security deposit is required $200.00 for monthly rental. This is a damage and phone deposit, and is not part of your rent. Deposit will be returned by mail, normally within 30 days of your departure, if unit is left in good condition and the phone bills are cleared. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. All keys must be returned to us at check-out. There will be a charge of $15 for each lost key. A lock out fee of $20 will be charged to your damage deposit. Excess use of electric charge added , ie. monthly average $70.00, excess charged.
Other Fees:
Advanced reservation payment within ten (10) days from the date of reservation.
